Production Description:
1. Production Application

The traditional fire-resistant cables of existing national standards cannot guarantee the fire protection requirements of high-rise and super high-rise buildings. Traditional fire-resistant cables can only maintain reliability for 90 minutes under fire conditions, and the smoke emitted during the combustion process affects personnel escape and fire rescue.For this reason ,special effect buildings, first-class buildings and super high-rise buildings should use mineral insulated cables.

4. Features

1. High stability: The cable retains the fire-resistant characteristics of rigid mineral insulated cables, and uses a water-blocking layer to make the cable difficult to absorb moisture, so the insulation is more stable.
2. High fire resistance: The cable uses ceramic material as the main fire protection layer of the cable. This material is quickly sintered into a ceramic shell as the flame burns. The higher the temperature and the longer the burning time, the stronger the sintered ceramic shell. The insulation resistance of the sintered shell can reach the power of 1018, which is much higher than other materials.
3. High withstand voltage rating: The cable has to withstand a 3500V, 5min withstand voltage test during the routine test at the factory, and all products have superior voltage resistance.
4. Scope of production: The cable uses ceramic technology, and the conductor uses a stranded conductor technology. The product covers all models and specifications below 630mm². Compared with metal sheathed cables, this product has a wider coverage.
5. Production length: The insulation layer and ceramic fireproof layer of the cable are produced by continuous extrusion, which can be produced in a fixed length according to customer requirements.
6. Product structure: BBTRZ flexible mineral insulated cable is composed of copper stranded wire, mineral compound insulation, and mineral compound sheath. It adopts a flexible structure, and the main materials are all inorganic materials, which make up for the defects of hard structure, flammability, and toxicity.
