The Hong Kong- Zhuhai- Macao Bridge is the longest see-crossing bridge in the world. It is 55 kilometers and has a designed service life of 120 years, which is the longest sea-crossing bridge with the most investment and most difficult construction in China’s construction history, and is called “one of the seven wonders of the modern world” by the media. The opening ceremony of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was held in Zhuhai on 23th morning. The bridge has an earthquake resistance of 8 degrees and can withstand force 16 winds. The completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge has further improved the comprehensive transport system and expressway network among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
